Pay: $42-$55 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to oversee residential exterior remodeling projects and lead small crews in delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential exterior remodeling projects
  
• Perform hands-on carpentry work including framing, siding, roofing, and decking
  
• Read plans and perform layout for projects
  
• Ensure materials and tools are available on-site
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
  
• Communicate project progress with office staff and homeowners
  
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to code
  
• Mentor junior carpenters and support team development

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in residential exterior carpentry
  
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small crew
  
• High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
  
• Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather conditions
  
• Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation
  
• Valid driver's license required
  
• Ability to solve jobsite challenges independently
  
• Commitment to safety, quality, and professional communication

• Monday to Friday
  
• Day shift
  
• Full-time

Compensation & Benefits

• $42 to $55 per hour depending on experience
  
• $400/month health insurance stipend
  
• 2 weeks paid time off (accrued)
