Pay: $28 to $42 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Residential Carpenter to support our exterior remodeling projects. You will work closely with a Lead Carpenter and teammates on projects involving siding, roofing, decks, porches, and other exterior improvements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with construction experience who wants to grow with a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with demolition, installation, and repair of exterior home components
  
• Install siding (including cedar and fiber cement), roofing, trim, and decking
  
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
  
• Read blueprints and follow project plans under supervision
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite
  
• Assist with measurements, layout, and material preparation
  
• Communicate clearly with teammates and homeowners
  
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and jobsite safety

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction or carpentry
  
• Experience with exterior remodeling (siding, roofing, decks, porches preferred)
  
• Strong work ethic and commitment to craftsmanship
  
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
  
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  
• Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation
  
• Valid driver's license required
  
• Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
  
• Day shift
  
• Full-time

Compensation & Benefits

• $28 to $42 per hour depending on experience
  
• $400 monthly health insurance stipend
